 “I always look outside the window to see if the sky is blue or it’s cloudy. If it’s cloudy, I usually wear skirt with tight or pant or boots. But if I see it’s sunny out, I will wear a skirt and I usually put tights inside my bag in case. I always have some types of coverings, just in case.”
